Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Important: Opened Products

For health and safety reasons, supplements that have been opened or have a broken seal cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is faulty or defective. We can only accept returns for unopened products in their original, sealed packaging.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at support@vxelle.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@vxelle.com as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly. This applies even if the seal has been broken.
